Thank you Ocean Air for top service and a professional prompt job installing an air conditioner in my home. I was very pleased that David and Andrew came over within a day or two of my request for an air con last week. They were pleasant and focused on doing an excellent job.
I have an air con in my lounge but the cool air doesn't quite reach my bedroom. With these warmer nights a ceiling fan isn't quite enough. I was very pleased to come home to a very cool house and am very grateful. 🙂 I felt for these guys working in the heat!
So glad I didn't wait till next summer. Life is good!

Just a quick note of thanks. I recently required the service of your company and was very impressed with the level of friendly service and professionalism from your Senior Refrigeration Technician Conrad.The reverse cycle system at my property failed and required a new part from Melbourne. Conrad kept me up to date with the progress and when he called to advise that the supplier had sent the wrong unit, which had caused further delays. Conrad was very apologetic and said he will do everything possible to make sure the replacement was delivered ASAP. He called to advise on Tuesday afternoon that it had arrived and would do all he could to make sure it was installed that day as it was going to be another cold night. Which he did.Please pass on my appreciation to Conrad, good service in Geraldton can be hard to find.
